At the origin, people where hiding dried beans (&#8220;f\u00e8ve&#8221; in French). Nowadays, they are made of clay.<\/p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1950\" src=\"http:\/\/archihihi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/galette-feves.jpg\" alt=\"galette-feves\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" srcset=\"http:\/\/archihihi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/galette-feves.jpg 1000w, http:\/\/archihihi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/galette-feves-312x234.jpg 312w, http:\/\/archihihi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/galette-feves-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/>\n<p>As a bonus, we give you a special galette recipe: the *auntie from Franche-Comte* version!<\/p>\n<p>What you need:<br \/>\n150ml milk<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n2 tbsp. sugar<br \/>\n70g butter<br \/>\npinch of salt<br \/>\n140g flour<br \/>\n3 tbsp. orange blossom water<\/p>\n<p>How to proceed:<br \/>\nIn a pan, heat the milk, sugar, butter and salt. When melted, add the flour in one go, remove from hob and stir quickly. Add the eggs one by one, stirring continuously. Add the orange blossom water. Spread this mixing in a tart baking tin or in a baking tray (covered with butter + flour or baking paper). Don&#8217;t forget to hide the &#8220;f\u00e8ve&#8221; under the dough!<br \/>\nPut in cold oven and bake at 180\u00b0C during 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Then you will need a crown, to put on the lucky winner&#8217;s head. We prepared you some nice ones, to cut out and colour yourself.
