WHO\u2019S BEHIND ARCHIHIHI?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My name is Emilie Queney. I am a passionate French architect living in London and I have created Archihihi in 2014.
\nThis is me when I was 6, spending time building dens everywhere<\/strong> in my house:<\/p>\n

WHAT MEANS ARCHIHIHI? (and how can I even say that?)
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

I know, this is hard to pronounce in English. In French architects jargon, one can say “archi”<\/strong> for architecture. And then, as my aim is that we can laugh during our architecture discovery journey, just do it in French: “hihihi!”<\/strong><\/p>\n

WHY DOES ARCHIHIHI EXISTS?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I believe that the purpose of architecture is to serve and give pleasure to everyone, young and old<\/strong>.
\nArchihihi is a platform which encourages people to (re)discover and reclaim architecture<\/strong> using free play, fun, pleasure and creativity!
\nArchihihi games and activities bridge architecture with everyday life and craft work in a playful and experimental way<\/strong>, so everyone can learn about aesthetic, technical and theoretical aspects of architecture in such an enjoyable way that ones does not even notice it ;-)<\/p>\n

I love to design, write and create bespoke and engaging workshops, articles, toys and activities around architecture for young or adult public.<\/p>\n
