‘Home-made architecture’ series #6 // MUMO

‘Home-made architecture’ series / episode n.6 – Travel // web-series Mon Oeil by Centre Pompidou

A museum on wheels that could travel everywhere to share art with children…

Yes! What a great idea! The Mumo has been designed by the very creative architect Adam Kalkin. His building is a clever combination of articulated containers travelling on a truck. When the truck stops where the Mumo is invited, the containers open-up to give shape to the museum and welcome children!

For our model, we took a garage and some vehicles, 4 cubes to represent the containers, some tape, a balloon…… and here you are!
